Medical Insurance

Radians medical plans feature two plan options, in-network coverage, competitive individual and family deductibles, coinsurance, out-of-pocket maximums, and teladoc services. Both plans cover 100% of wellness and preventive services and cover most other in-network services at 80% after you meet your deductible. Prescription drug coverage is included and features affordable copays. Employees can enroll spouses and children (up to age 26). Benefits are available the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. 

401(K)

Radians 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan provides an easy way to save for your future through pre-tax payroll contributions. You are eligible to participate in the plan on the first entry date (January 1st and July 1st) after completing 90 days of service. Radians makes a Safe Harbor match of your contribution dollar for dollar up to a maximum of 4%. You are eligible for the match on the first entry date after completing one year of service and you are fully vested in the match at the time of contribution. 

PTO and Paid Holidays

Radians PTO policy grants all employees paid time off each calendar year, based on length of service. The policy includes pay for bereavement leave, jury and witness duty, and military leave. Employees are eligible to receive up to eight paid holidays. 

Other Benefits

  • Dental Insurance -  Includes 100% coverage of diagnostic and preventive services, 80% coverage of basic services, and 50% coverage of major services. 
  • Vision Insurance - Covers yearly eye exams and pays a portion of the cost of glasses or contact lenses.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts - Helps you pay for eligible expenses such as medical, dental, and vision, and child or elder care using tax-free dollars. An amount of your choosing will be deducted from your paycheck on a pretax basis and loaded onto a debit card. 
  • Life Insurance - Offered at no cost to eligible employees. Benefit is equal to one times your annual basis earnings up to a maximum of $50,000. Coverage is automatic.
  • Supplemental Life Insurance - You may purchase additional life insurance for you, your spouse, and/or your child/children.
  • Short-Term Disability Insurance - Offered at no cost to eligible employees. Benefits begin after 14 days of consecutive disability. 
  • Long-Term Disability Insurance - Offered at no cost to eligible employees. Benefits begin after 90 days of consecutive disability.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Offers an array of confidential services to help you and your loved ones meet the challenges that life, work, and relationships bring. You can receive unlimited in-person help for short-term issues (Family matters, legal information, financial advising, etc.). 
  • Product Discounts - Employees may purchase Radians products at a discount off retail rates. 
  • Company Events - Radians hosts employee events at various times during the year. For example - company picnics and holiday parties. 
  • Concert and Sporting Event Tickets - Employees are eligible to participate in ticket auctions for various concerts and sporting events in the Memphis area. The money raised from this auction benefits various charities in the area.
