RADIANS INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMER POLICIES

These policies are subject to change. Please consult our most recent price list for our official, up-to-date policies.

  • Orders of $1,000 or more qualify for Master Distributor pricing. 
  • Orders totaling $750 or less qualify for Column I pricing; orders over $750 qualify for Column II pricing. 
  • Minimum order of ???. Orders less than the minimum are subject to a $15 service charge.
  • Order quantities will be adjusted to standard box/case quantities.
  • Open account terms are 1% 10, net 30 days with approved credit. 
  • Orders for eyewear delivery at one time to one destination (within the continental USA) totaling $500 or more will be shipped F.O.B. shipping point with FREIGHT PREPAID. On product combinations including hardhats, prepaid freight threshold is $1000. 
  • Returns on stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No cash refunds on product after 90 days from invoice.
  • Custom imprinted items are not returnable.

 

  • All shortages must be reported within 15 days. 
  • Radians will allow a once-a-year stock adjustment order which will carry no penalties. Distributor assumes all freight costs and returned stock must be current, in full inner pack quantities, and in good condition for resale. The accompanying reorder must be of equal or greater value than the returned goods. Custom imprinted items are not returnable.
  • Orders may be drop shipped direct to customer, no additional charge. Freight minimums apply. 
  • All Radians glasses meet or exceed ANSI Z87.1-1989 standards and ANSI Z87.1-2003 standards. (Z87.1+)
  • Hearing protectors are tested according to ANSI S3.19-1974 standards. All products are manufactured in ISO Certified facilities. 
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 2% processing fee for all credit card transactions.
